VST delay effects not syncing in Sonar

VST delay effects not syncing in Sonar

I have at least two effects (Twin Delay and Discord 3) that do not work syncing with Sonar.
No matter what time I set the delay to I get the same long delay time like its waiting for a signal from the host or something. The included Sonitus delay always works fine though.

    Open up the plugin manager, select one of the problem plugins and then go to its properties (the "plugin properties" button). Is the "tempo-based effect" option checked? 


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    Thanks, Bit! That did the trick.
    I need to write this stuff down on a post it note for the next time I install an effect or I'll forget...
