V-Studio 700 all faders defaulting just under 0, not at 0. Hardware problem

Hey folks. Just as the title says, has anybody else had the problem with the V-Studio 700 console, all the faders defaulting at just under 0 by a couple of db but not at unity 0? It must be a hardware issue because this is happening even when I turn off the machine, unplug the usb and run the dip switch tests. I run the fader motor tests, reset the console, everything, but it's still the same. Anyone ever have this issue? Never happened until a few months ago
