V-Studio VS-700R VS-700C

I'm a long-time Sonar user. Just downloaded Platinum (upgrading from X-3), and have also just updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. On X-3 we have been using the Sonar V-Studio I/O (VS700R) with the control surface Sonar V-Studio Console (VS-700C). We want to continue being able to use that equipment with Platinum. Presently Platinum is not finding them, and the options to select them do not appear in the Preferences > Audio Devices. Help!
 
Does Sonar offer technical support by phone for Platinum?
