V-Studio20 Sonar LE

The new vs20.dll control surface does not work with Sonar LE, Sonar freezes on start up. Am I doing something wrong?.  Thanks
 
I have Sonar le version 4 and windows 7 64 bit. It does not freeze up sonar music creator 6..
