Is v-vocal there in sonar X3

    Nope.
     
    You need X2 or prior installed in order for X3 to see V-Vocal, so don't delete previous versions

    This will work if you have Sonar 8.5,X1 or X2. Perform a custom install of using one of these previous version sonar and choose only the sonar program itself and uncheck everything else. You will see v-vocal in X3.
