V-Vocal does not start

Personnel, hello already apologize for my bad English.

I have a very strange problem. When I select a sound clip, click on Region FX -> V-Vocal -> Create Region FX, Sonar seems to processas and insert the effect, however, the loading bar disappears and nothing happens.

I can not see the window of the V-Vocal, and the clip does not change to green as they did when I was using Sonar X1.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling sonar removing all records and folders of the program, but without success.

What can be happening?

Anticipating me, thank you all.

Starting with X3, VVocal is no longer included in Sonar. Even so, they made allowances for owners of prior Sonar versions to use VVocal as a region FX. So Sonar X3 owners would have to have (parts of) X2 or earlier installed on their computer in order for X3 to find and use VVocal.

I don't think that's his problem Bill - he says he can create the region Fx and V-Vocal does open but doesn't process the audio.

Question to the OP - is it a well recorded, mono clip, free of bleed, of reasonable level?

If so, copy your audio clip to a blank project, close the original project and try again.
You might have to duplicate any tempo changes in the blank project so that everything lines up.

When you've done, bounce it to clip or track in your "test" project, then copy it back to the original
