Vibrato

I am using SONAR 8.53 with orchestral sample libraries. Recently I bought VSL Special Edition Volumes 1 for all groups of instruments. All well and good, except that the solo Trumpet doesn't have built in or externally applied vibrato detection. I tried the usual CC17 cum Channel Aftertouch without success. So here's my question:

Does anyone know a plugin that inserted into a track will be able to modulate variable vibrato on samples via automation?

Thanks in advance, S.

There's a vibrato plugin in the free Meldaproduction bundle (MVibrato). You might give that a try. It's free and if nothing else you'll 30 other cool new goodies to play with.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Hmm, I'm no expert on orchestral libraries, but I've had great results with Garritan GPO4, many instruments support after touch including the trumpets, and they have several articulations that can be key-switched in as well. At $149, it might be easier to work than going all Captain Ahab trying to dial in vibrato in externally.
