Video: SONAR X1 Advanced Workshop with Craig Anderton

So I'm looking at this on the cakewalk page, they have it for me for $19.99.

But then I found a page that says you can have it free when you upgrade, which I recently did.

It's worth having?

I'm an experienced DAW user but new to X1.

Thanks

This looks like I should get it, I upgraded from MC6 to studio, then x1, then extended.

I guess I need to call them?

Yes, get it! Excellent video. I refer to my copy time and again.

Check your Cakewalk store account. Those vids are probably sitting there waiting for you. If the download links don't work get a hold of Cake general support via email or call 888-CAKEWALK and they'll send you fresh links... and yes they are quite useful although they move very quickly and to see the chapters you have to be using a vid player other than WMP. Supposedly Quictime and the iTunes player will show the chapters. There was also a thread yesterday or the day before where someone linked to a PDF of the chapters which has descriptions of the individual sections.

And by "waiting for you" I mean they are free... but they are worth $20 at least.

Perhaps you didn't upgrade during the Promotion period the videos were offered. Cakewalk runs different promos on the same product.

I got mine...when I bought the extended with the video package deal thingy...

It doesn't show up on your product list...

I have to hit the download for Extended bundle and it takes me
to 3 more links that have the Compressor, the Extended, and the Video..
