Video Scroll Hang

During Recording/Playback the video/scrolling hangs-----I can see a huge spike in the CPU and a few seconds jumps to match audio Audio continues fine! Can't seem to find the setting----any help

I7 2.67 Ghz--9GB RAM / Win 7 / Sonar X1 Expanded / Roland Octacapture / Superior 2.0 / Ezdrummer / Ezplayer

    Maybe you have something else running that's causing it to hang.

    what codec is the video using? i'm not a video guy, but i know sonar is happier with certain encodings... maybe someone who does will chip in

    I'm not sure of the codec----but I know It has been since the (d) uninstall/update! ------------------- d5----are you talking about Win7 programs?
