Vir2 Acoustic Legends HD

Anyone use this?
I know this might be the wrong forum but I like it here & thought someone might have experience with it.
I love the sound but the "clicks" are so loud on the open bass strings I can't use it as often as I'd like.
It's not the 'fretnoise' or 'releases' as they can be turned down.

Anyone know how to get rid of these clicks?
thanks

If this is a question in the abstract about Vir2 Acoustic Legends HD, yes it is the wrong forum. The software forum would be a better place. If this is a question about using the plug-in in SONAR, it might help to provide a little context for example the version of SONAR and Windows, some information about the hardware and configuration (project sample rate, bit depth). The more info the better.

Moved to software. There was no reply to request for SONAR specific information.

Although I like RealGuitar better, I do like Acoustic Legends HD and it has a good selection of guitars.  For solo, it is great.  For strumming, it is less flexible than RG and lacks a stereo mode.

You can turn those sounds down or off in the Kontakt interface.  I agree they are ridiculously loud.  I don't  have it open, but if you look in the Kontakt GUI, you should see knobs for fret noise, release, etc.

By the way, I also have to turn those down in RealGuitar, although they are not as loud.
