Vista - Run Sonar as Admin

Vista - Run Sonar as Admin

I tried to click the box "Run as admin" in Sonar properties/shortcut/advanced, but Vista still wants confirmation from Admin when Sonar Starts. Does any one know a better way so I dont have to confirm every time I start Sonar?

    I think that if you disable the UAC it might do it but . . . I think it's not a great idea . . . Others will say to you to do it . . . It's up to you . .. But why do you want to run Sonar as admin everytime??

    Running it as Admin is what causes you to get the security alert. If you install and run it normally under your user account, there will be no confirmation box.

    I am not sure exactly how I installed Sonar 7 but I don't get that confirmation box when I run Sonar in Vista. So it can be done. This may not pertain to you, but I installed SI a variety of ways, and it won't let me use SI if I don't run Sonar as an administrator.

    You just need to run it as admin when you want to register it . . .
