Visual metronome?

Hi!

Anyone know of a visual metronome in VST format? I would like a plugin that really shows the beats, if it is in the style of a classic pendlum style metronome of flashing lights or something like that.

I know it's not the shiny answer you're looking for, but you could create a midi track that hits quarter notes.  Then, the VU meter will bounce to the beat.

I've never thought about it before, but a flashing icon in the Control Panel would be a nice feature.

................................................................... How long has that been there?!? :-D I had no idea. Havent used that view for ages :-D Actually, that's pretty much what I was looking for. Much better than having a separate plugin.

Thanks a lot!

Although it would be cool to have a plugin. Maybe with several distinct visual styles, capable of loading in a wide range of the click samples or custom sounds in realtime without a MIDI channel... even with polyrhythms and stuff.... I'd pay a buck for that plugin!
