Vocal FX

My lovely lady asked me to shop for a pedal that combines a looper and an octaver/pitch shifter, something simple she could use live (on vocals). 
 
My initial search a few months ago left me with the impression that there are lots of multi-processors out there but that it might be a bit more difficult to find something simpler.
 
I know some would suggest using software with an iPad or such, but she really wants a dedicated, hardware unit.
 
Thoughts and/or recommendations?

    I don't know if they have a looper with a pitch shifter, but TC Helicon is the "go to" for vocal harmonies/pitch shifting.

    TC Helicon VoiceLive Touch. One of the items I had recently stolen, and on the top of my list of things to replace, right after amplifiers. $500.
