VocalSync issues

When I create a VS region, only the guide track plays back, i.e., the track containing the region effect is silent.  Anyone else have this issue?

Stuff.

    Not at my computer right now to check, but with Melodyne you need to enable input echo to hear the results of editing Melodyne. Maybe that's the case here. If not, I'll delete this post to avoid confusion.
