Vocals Vocals Vocals
i posted this in the Sonar forum but not everyone will see it there probably and its a technique question anyways so here it goes...
im using a marshall MXL 990 mic ( w/ pop filter ), M-Audio Mobile Pre USB, Sonar 3 Producers Edition.
ok...two mp3's....same basic set up.
first one...good vocals (or what i consider a good job):
LA Is Burning Good Vocals
second one...just not full, sounds empty...i dunno, is there any way to get it up to par with the other on a new recording?:
LA Is Burning Not so Good Vocals
hopefully this helps you see the problem...how can i make that second vocal sound better? ...thanks for all the replies as of yet...some awesome advice...
also just the raw vocals for the not so good one right here:
Only Vocals
thanks again!

What's the difference between the two tracks? Signal chain or performance?
