Voices Of The Past

Here's a recent one I decided to let go as a minimalistic mix. I had other parts in there but is was too crowded so I trimmed it. Sometimes I think minimal is better.

    I really like the haunting quality of the melody. Makes me nostalgic for a place I've never been to.
    I was expecting an Enya type voice in there, but your minimalist approach works quite well.

    Ever hear of a harpist with a band - Dee Carstensen? You might check her out, just based on the harp part you have sprinkled in there. I bet you'd like her stuff.

    Lovely and evocative, made me think of some ancient evening at twilight. I also like the mix -- you can hear everything, but nothing overly dominates. What harp library was that?

    Excellent, would have made a fitting soundtrack to my trip to Malin Head last year. I think the minimalist approach was the right one. Touches of Alan Stivell in there!

    Minimalistic perhaps, but you filled the space quite well.  Great interplay between the instruments and your use of FX fits like a glove.
