Volume Slider Missing in Track View

Volume Slider Missing in Track View

Somehow I've hidden the volume slider and pan slider in the track view and can't figure out how to get it back. I've tried grabbing the left margin and have clicked on every view option that remotely made sense. I'm using HS 6. Help please? Thanks!

    Click the ALL tab at the lower left of your SHS6 screen.

    I don't see an All tab...then what? I'm having this same issue.
