Volume control of separate EZDrummer MIDI tracks

Greetings!

I must be missing something.

I have a new song with several separate MIDI drum tracks, all using EZDrummer as the soft-synth.  When I try to adjust individual track volumes using the Console View and the faders on the VS-700C, nothing changes.  I have to go into the "mixer" of EZD to adjust individual instrument levels.

Why don't the faders for each MIDI track do anything?  It would be much easier for me to mix using track automation.

Thanks,

Are you adjusting the audio tracks that output each of the individual midi channels? Thats what you need to do, to adjust the volume in Sonar.

I'm not sure if EZ Drummer is the same as Superior Drummer...but I have SP. In the mixer view of EZD, right click on one of the output buttons near the bottom of the mixer and choose "multichannel".
