Voxengo SPAN and Sonar - who uses it?

More specifically, who uses SPAN on multiple tracks to get a multi-layered (colored) display?
If you know how to set this up in Sonar, please list the steps.
Thanks!

I gave up on this and think Melda's Multianalyzer's approach made it so easier and quicker. I picked it up recently 50% sale.

I think the free version of span may be very limited in multi track display and not allow you do much as span+

Either upgrade to SPAN Plus ($50) or catch Meldaproduction's MMultiAnalyzer on sale ($40 twice this year, normally $80). They're both excellent, but the Melda is the better of the two. A third option is Voxengo's GlissEQ, which is an equalizer that can display multiple channels - basically SPAN Plus with an EQ.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

FWIW, MMultiAnalyzer is one of the plug-ins on sale this week. Video tutorial here http://www.youtube.com/wa...Y&feature=youtu.be Drop the plug-in in the FX bin or ProChannel (in an FX Chain wrapper) and assign a name and color to the analyzer display. Repeat for as many tracks and buses as necessary. Open any instance of the plug-in to see all instances display in one UI.

Yes I had just bought Meldaproduction's MMultiAnalyzer at the sale in JJRshop. There is another video made by computer music magazine. Here it is.
