V-vocal editor won't open up

I enable a clip with V-Vocal and the little check appears in the upper left-had corner, but no editor.  I double-click the clip, but no editor.  Huh?

    When you select the clip and right click it to select "Create V- vocal clip, do you see it mixing it down in the now time transport?
