WARNING - raunchy in parts! My new Song and VIDEO.

I have worked hard on this song and video using basic equipment (obviously).
But i hope you like it.
My girlfriend is the one dancing (not me!).
Burlesque is a passion of hers and she kindly agreed to strut her stuff for my song.
Let us know what you think...of the song....mainly....

Cheers

    Yes, pretty raunchy. :-)

    I thought this was exeptional.

    Really excellent song and arrangement.

You've got a great voice too.

No crits from me as it's all-good.

    Enjoyed this a lot.

Nice song and video.   the filmography really raises it from raunch (not that there's anything wrong with that). to art IMHO.  Still sexy though.

I enjoyed the song. I thought the song was a little too upbeat for the attempt at old tyme over sped 8mm film look.

I really enjoyed the opening sequences where it seemed like you were following her into a train station/airport/whatever. That really caught my attention, especially with the music.

I think if you spend some real time thinking through a story line, you could incorporate the burlesque as the climax of this stalker, or beau...whichever.

But the quirky speed didn't do anything for the song, and definitely not for her. She's gorgeous and seems to have sex appeal. Slow and steady wins the day...too much quirky visual as the song went on, and the obviously became all about burlesque rather than that being a flavor that took it over the top.

The song is great, really good arrangement, interesting to listen to and enjoyable.

    Good work.

I think this is fantastic, great melody. lovely mix of synth with the keys and the percussion is interesting and punchy.

The video is great too....make sure you keep your girl at yours sides at though at all times :-)

Freakin awesone song.  I really like the beat and the bubbling synthesizer playing off of each other. Vocals were great, really nice work. I agree with ruralrocker2010 about matching the storyline. If that is your girlfriend, I don't know how you find the time to write music......

    Absolute cracker of a song.

The hefty low-down beat and the fragile synth arps over would sound fantastic in a big venue.

It kind of reminds me of what bands like 'Hope of the States' were doing a few years back only this is much better IMO.

I'd definitely turn up to a gig on the strength of this track alone.

Wonderful job!  BOTH OF YOU!  the video and song kept me interested the whole time.  A bad performance or a weak performance from either would have killed it but that didn't happen.  This is one I'll probably go bac and watch and listen to again.  I liked seeing the two of you on the ocean there.  So cool.  Great looking couple!  Great tune!  Oh, I almost didn't listen because of the "raunchy in parts" disclaimer.  I don't like truly raunchy tunes (cussing, etc) but I didn't have any problems with this!

That was awesome. Song sounded great and your girlfriend did a great job.  Sexy, but I wouldn't say too raunchy. Not by today's standards anyway. Plus the way you ended the vid on the beach kinda made everything A OK. I thought it was gonna get a little wierd like Boards of Canada vids when you set the ballon off but it evolved into a collagy thing which was cool also. Great vox. I wasn't sure you were saying love at the end. Then I peeked closer at your avatar. Luv. Dynamite.

    Damn!
I haven't visited this forum for a while (other than to post my own yesterday).  Of all the tracks to start my lurk with, this one's FANTASTIC!

IMHO, the high-hats cut a little harshly, but that's just me.  It's got a weird feel, but i mean that in a good way.  I'm going to listen to it again...
