WAVES Sound Shifter $29 today only...(6,9)

Looks like a great price.  Anyone use this?  I've heard there are some limitations with the VST version but I really have no clue.  Guess it's off to YouTube to check it out...

    Not sure if this is makes a difference, but per SOS:
     
    "The inability to use Sound Shifter Graphic and Parametric will make the bundle less attractive to those who aren't running Pro Tools or Nuendo, but it's hardly Waves' fault if other DAWs don't provide a suitable format for third-party off-line plug-ins."

    Most every Sound on Sound article I come across is nearly ten years old.

    Welp...I had a martini. And a glass of Pinot Noir. And I said to myself, "Self...what the heck." And I ordered it anyway. Plus I'd watched several videos by then that made it look rather promising. But I'll keep ya posted. Weak willed sum**** that I am.

    Yup, pitch shift only in Sonar.  But that works a treat and has some cool functions as well.  Worth the $29...but just.
