I'd prefer to pay in pounds. It's a lot more expensive but I'm used to that. I wouldn't feel comfortable paying a lot less.

Guys Guys FOCUS...we are talking about the most important aspect here...COLOUR of the box....not what's in it.  Really...putting content before colour...com'on we can do better than that.  Now let's forget that content was mentioned and get back on topic....COLOUR...COLOUR.  Oh what colour will it be...exciting isn't it!!

Dude, come back when you can spell COLOR correctly. Really, when you Aussies broke away from the mother country you missed an opportunity. You could have told the queen back then where to stick it and tossed out all the silent letters from the language. Like we Yanks did. Think of the countless children that might have been spared confusion. But no, you had to have City Centres and bonnets on cars, and an extra "I" in Aluminum.

Ahhhh mate...now you are rubbing salt into the old wound.  I am originally IRISH so talking about the queens english like that...man...if only we were back in the good old days when the Irish were the ones blowing stuff up...(only joking...hate that sh1t)  but if there was an Irish accent "smiley" then it would be right here...!!!

Colour, Color, Potato, Potato, Tomato, Tomato ...lets call the whole thing off...

COLOUR looks much better! Color looks more like you would pronounce it 'coh-loor'. But I think it should be white, as previously mentioned. Well, at least in a white box. I would love a white box. But I do love working on a screen which has darker COLOURS.

Maybe we should all start actually spelling it CULLAH.

He He...yahhh that will wipe the smile off his beard...maaaaaate!

I can't condone the taking of letters from words.

For the Americans I've drawn a list of possible colours

gren
blu
pnk
yelow
blak
wite
purpl
silve

Excellent...  the sillyness is spreading (rubs hands together and cackles)

Ok...having read all the information within this wonderful thread I hereby predict that the box will be alliminimin alumininini aluminaium  shiney metal colour or color depending on where you order it from.  The US version will have that shiney metal stuff but all the I's in the text will be missing and the Europe version will have a similar shiney metal stuff but there will be extra U's randomly inserted into the text.  The rest of the world version will be in recycled brown paper and we will get it in 6 months time without I's or Us in any text.

You need to teach it to spell English...it's probably set for some foreign language like, say, American. :rolleyes

It's obviously a misspelling of the astronomical term "colure," as in the equinoctal and solstitial colures (the principal celestial meridians, the only two meridians that are designated as colures).

I'm hoping for a snazzy color combination. Maybe something from George Carlin's talk on sports team colors. Ultraviolet and flesh-tone would be nice. For some values of "nice."

How about a rainbow-colored interface? That would be really fun to look at everyday, huh?

Only boxed for me. I'll pay the extra. They can burn one set just for me if they like. After the last 'flawed' download it's not cost effective for me. But I certainly hope they allow downloads for everyone else, of course.

I'm the same; I buy the boxed version.  I like to see a physical product for my cash.

+1,000,000,000..... on these...

...And a solid decent PAPER manual, PLEASE... so that our poor, tired eyes may read with no additional efforts...

Edit:
By the way, my box should be "gothic coloured" of course, just like SONAR v8's one...! It was so awsome that I can Hardly figure out a better one...!!!
Of course, BLACK (black and silver, maybe...) for the new edition would be fine...
