WHO HAS SONAR X1 STUDIO ?

I have a question is there anyone here using Sonar X1 Studio amd if so does it have Dimension LE included in it ?

Also do you like Studio and what it has to offer ?

The other question is if your using Sonar X1 Studio do you have any music your creating that I can listen to ?

I wish CakeWalk would include some songs created using their Sonar X1 Studio & Sonar X1 Producer so I or anyone else can compare between the two versions .

Thanks !

On what basis do you think there is some audible difference between songs made in these versions of Sonar (or Pro Tools or whatever DAW)???

    http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/X1-Studio/feature.aspx/Instruments-in-X1-Studio

scroll down to the bottom of that page.  it shows which instruments are included with Studio.  yes, DimLE is included.

as Kalle said - there is no audible difference between the two

but why do you think the summing algorithms different?  they write X1 Producer then cut it down for Studio and Essentials.  why would they write code 3 times when they can write it once and just inhibit functionality for the lesser versions?

Yes, you're right. I did a quick comparison, and here's what I found:

    In 8.5: 2+2 = 3.9999999867453
    In X1:  2+2 = 4.0000000145982

i meant more the difference between software programs, such as logic and pro tools.

otherwise, analog summing would be a non issue, which is is not.
