WOV and TR2 Files?

I have thousands of WOV and TR2 files where I keep my Per Project Audio.  What are they and am I suppose to have/keep these for my projects? (I don't remember seeing these in earlier Sonar versions).

Thanks.

WOV and TR2 are picture cache files.

The only way they are in the folder where you keep your projects is because the Picture Folder is set to the same path. This is not a good idea. The picture cache should be a separate folder. You may want to change the path (Preferences > File > Audio Data "Picture Folder") and move or delete all the WOV and TH2 files to the new folder. Picture cache files are safe to delete because the files are (re)created as needed.

Yes, no need to move Picture Cache files. They are only temporary files created by Sonar each time you open a project. They should be deleted regularly to prevent buildup.

It would be nice for Sonar to delete them when a project is closed.
