Waldorf Edition

(odd thing is if you search for "Waldorf" products on their website, it's priced @ $99.....I suppose the $59 deal is on their "2011 Spring Clearance" page).

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Mesh. I am from Canada and this was too good to pass on. Although - I am hoping it will work under either Bitbridge or JBridge in x64. We'll see. I had an old version of PPG wave years ago and had endless trouble getting it scanned by the old Cakewalk/Fxpansion wrapper. Never had Attack though and thought that would be nice in the toolbox. Oh, and by the time HST and shipping gets added, this is around $35 Cdn.

    Well - I received my Waldorf Edition..... and found out it won't install in Vista 64 or Windows 7 64. Not sure about Vista 32 or Windows 7 32 bit. Did a web search and found some very MacGiver-ish work-arounds including installation on a Windows XP machine then copying registry entries. Also some possibility that Waldorf - who have largely known about and ignored the problem - may provide an alternative email based authorization/install.
    Yeah - maybe the theory is if they charge little enough people will just let it slide. I'll give this some more effort when I have more time. LOL. Story of my life.
    Anyway - Caveat Emptor - sometimes what you get when you scour the bargain bins for synth deals.
