Waldorf Largo vs. X3 - Patches Not Saving/Loading Correctly

For those Largo lovers out there, has anyone experienced issues with Largo not recalling the loaded preset/patch upon opening of the project?  For example, I load Patch 'A' into Largo, save the project, and then close the project.  I then open the project and test Largo. Unfortunately, Patch '?' plays instead, and I don't know where it got it from! This is quite frustrating.  X2 did not cause this issue, so this seems to either a programming change in X3 or a setting I'm missing in the preferences somewhere. Please help. Thanks!
