you can't change to Sonar X1 64bit without having a 64bit operating system.  winxp pro is not 64 bit, it's 32bit (there is a winxp 64bit version, but you have 32x in your signature which I suspect means it's 32bit - the 64bit winxp is not what more people have).

you'd have to upgrade your OS to win7 64bit.

Thanks Beegs... Think I'll just stay with my 32 bit... it's very stable and I'm getting good results with it... Just thought that if my system was 64 bit ready I might utilize it ...

If you want a 64 bit OS you have to do a complete reinstall, you can't "upgrade" a 32 bit OS to 64 bit OS.

fireberd is correct, I worded that incorrectly.  I didn't mean to imply you can "upgrade your OS to 64bit" by "upgrading" - you have to do a fresh install of a 64bit OS.

And then you have to ensure that all of your hard/software will work correctly in 64-bit OS environment..

Which is, unfortunately, the real bugger.
Only 3 years to go. ;-)
