Warning: Groove3 & Internet Explorer 10

If any of you have the subscription to the Groove3 web site and are using Internet Explorer to view the videos, you might want to steer clear of the version 10 update for Internet Explorer, at least for now.

I updated to IE 10 and everything seemed to be fine, until I went to the Groove3 web site. When I opened a video, only about the top 25% of the video and the menu on the right would display in the popup player window. The lower 75% of the window was an empty black background!

I tried a number of things, including installing the latest Flash version, but to no avail. I finally gave up and rolled back to IE 9 and everything is back to normal now.

firefox, tony over at groove 3 said they're working on the problem right now, I think it was an update to ie 10 that set it off.
those people over at groove 3 are the best, seriously, best customer support bar none.

Since groove3 updated their home page with a somewhat new design, I've had problems using both IE8 and IE9.  Chrome comes through with flying colors, however.

Also, since it may be of interest to readers of this thread ... I just got a new iPad which I tried it with groove3 with somewhat mixed results.  But Tony at groove3 said that are about to release an iPad app for viewing their tutorials.  He said he thought it would become available in just a few weeks from now.

    Hi,

I had the same problem and posted it in another thread a feew weeks ago. For watching the videos for 30 days (Content Club), I installed Google Chrome and everything was fine.
