Warren and Wookie makeover

Awhile back I posted an instrumental titled Aces & Eights.

Warren had some thoughts on the bass line and John (Wookie) had some thoughts on the drums and mix, so I said... Have at it.

And they did.

You can hear it at the following link next to my original, comments welcome.  Thanks Warren and John! (Sorry it took me so long to get this posted.)

Warren I hope you are on the mend!

The redo is #17, the original is #16.

Hey, that's nice guys. It has a lighter touch overall, I think that suits the tune well. Lovely melody Daryl, smoooooth.

Smooth like the others stated and seems balanced mix overall, but, and there always seems to be a but.................

I just don't care for the snare-drum sound.

    That's about it from me!

Daryl, i could listen to your stuff forever. This is the third of your music i've listened to in the last 15 minutes and each one is so different.

Well done to all involved on this superb track, and great call from Warren on the bass. Loved it!

Very nice remix.  It reminds me alot of the 80's pop.  I love that era.  Great job for everyone involved.
