Was Features & Ideas Forum Moved to Bakery to Slow Down Posts?

This has been a frustrating topic...
 
Ever since the suggestions got moved to the bakery I have been unable to post... Bakery is too unweildy for me and I have limited success either posting or finding anything of interest to me.
 
I would have placed this post itself in said forum but seems useless?
 
Is there any chance the Ideas and suggestions forum might be resurrected? I'm sure most of us would be grateful!

    Yes, it is sad. When i finally posted i was saddened seeing most posts there to be 2-3 years old.

    I'm sure the Bakers had a good idea/reason for this, but unless that idea was to slow down such topics, it doesnt appear to be helping?
