Waves CLA plug-ins lose their settings

I opened old X2 project file in X3. Otherwise everything looks fine except Waves CLA plug-ins are reset to their default values.
Can anybody repro this?

    theres a post about this if you do the VST scan reset command all custom settings are reset back to default
