It has been painless all of the time except for once. When I tried to install my Waves license on a USB Flash Drive and then tried to run Waves on another computer using a separate USB Flash Drive.... NO GO.

Yesterday, when I added the new Abbey Road plugin. A couple of days before that when there was an upgrade. No problems either time, I don't recall any previous problems.
When I upgraded to v10 Sonar took forever to scan, but that's another issue.

Coupla of days ago for an update. No problem. The only problem I've ever had was once when I didn't follow directions during the update from 9 to 10.

It must be me then. Every time I buy a new plug-in I have to first update waves Central. It has never needed not to update. Then the download and the process seems to take so long. It does work but I have to walk away from the computer. For me it's nothing like XLN's interface or toontrack for that matter. Both are excellent and fast.
