I think he just got caught up in the thread and sort of got blind-sided by the audiomidi info. He explained he has nothing against any of his competitors but that the "extra discount" didn't seem right as far has he knew...and he knows;-)
I went ahead and ordered from Tony...what's nine bucks vs. supplier loyalty??

$9.00 is lunch when u haven't had a raise in three years and the music jobs have dried up.
GS is a funny place , however.I can maybe understand where he was coming from , however, the extra discount is this weekend only, and to be truthful, Waves pricing seems to be a strategy to knock the props our from Magnetic and UAD...
It just reminds me that the X1 forum is not the only place for foot in mouth ...

Wow, odd, sorry if that causes you any grief musicman... I have dealt with Tony in the past as well and ourolpal is right, he is a straight shooter. Guess he was promised the lowest price or something...
OHH no harm, no foul,, just making an observation on the follies over at GS, the place is always good for a laugh or eye roll... If uadiomidi doesn't honor the price then so be it .. they are closed today so I wont find out till tomorrow ...

just saw a response from one of the guys from AM on GS, and they are processing the orders, phones are just having an X1 glitch (lol) I didnt think there was anything to worry
