I knew you were waiting for that one... You can probably get an additional 10 percent off with that 10 percent code that always lurking on the net....it's supposed to be above and beyond any other existing discount... That would make it $360!! AND I don't think any retailer has this deal! BUT...it might end up being even cheaper b4 the Saturnalia....who knows! EDIT...I just found one... RCS46

Yeah, all well considered, I'm not sure I could afford to spend $400 on plug-ins - I have a few other things that I want and that would have a much more sensible impact on my work. I seriously hope that one day they'll start selling the SSL stuff individually like the rest of their plugs. Either E or G channel + the buss comp and I'd be fine.

I have the UAD SSL versions. Do I really need these too? It's the only Waves schtuff I don't own, IIRC.

Until it strikes you that you have way too many versions of the same plug-ins and offer one of your forum fellows to sell him one of the bundles for peanuts. ;)

bapu I have the UAD SSL versions. Do I really need these too? It's the only Waves schtuff I don't own, IIRC. Well we do have the PC 4K SSL Emulation.....with Cake... But I really don't think that stacks up to the Waves SSL....by any stretch... I missed out on a TON of plugs I wanted....Waves, Slate, Toontrack, Softube, etc...and they were all dirt cheap for BF/CM... Only good deals Cake had was on stuff I already had....Their Izotope deals weren't deals at all!!! Story of my life... I did get 3 great bargains....a Kingston HyperX 120 GB SSD for $55 at Staples (smokin' deal) that I bought the day b4 Thanksgiving....And a SUPER DUPER CHEAP upgrade to SS Drums Platinum (let's just say it CANNOT possibly get any cheaper) AND the FREE One Knob Louder (SPECIAL thanx to Rain for that - even though I got the email, I saw HIS post first). I played around with OKL...and I quite like it....in the right application it could be quite useful. They don't make up for all the stuff I missed out on...but I don't really NEED any of it...so it's all good! Hope everyone had a Happy Turkey Lurkey Day...and got their wish list fulfilled on the BF/CM Weekend! Cheers!

Eddie TX Hey, if anyone is still interested in grabbing this bundle, AD accepts the Waves discount code SSL399 when you purchase, for a final price of $319. Not bad! Better hurry, though ... http://audiodeluxe.com/products/waves-ssl-4000-collection-native Cheers, Eddie Oh, I sooooooooo want to pull the trigger on that one.

cclarry That is really a great price for this pack... IMHO, it's the right price, and the bargain I'd have expected. The timing just isn't the best, so I'll have to pass on it. That's a $300 I can use to buy something that'll have much more of an audible impact on my work right now, like upgrading my old POD or buying an amp.

I hear that Rain, If I had the cash to spare I'd be buying it too....but next Tuesday I make the FINAL payment to ZZounds on my Egnater Renegade 112!!! THAT was money well spent, I can tell you that for sure!
