Wavesfactory - credit where it's due

I just wanted to say that Wavesfactory are the best - my Hard Drive crapped out and I am in the process of re-installing Kontakt and the many instruments I own.
I just went on their online customer service chat (6.55pm on a Thursday night) and within 5 minutes they emailed all of the links I need to download.
i have always loved their no nonsense, decently priced instruments but what GREAT customer service.
They have made a pain in the arse situation somewhat better

    It's Great to hear about Vendors with this type of Customer Service! It just makes you want to keep supporting them.
     
    Hope all goes easy with the re-install.

    Wavesfactory is one of the best around. I love the fact that in a time when everyone is trying to get every single articulation and twist into their instruments these guys just make products that work. :)
