    I forgot to mention one important aspect of my picking technique. My pick is always in contact with a string even when resting. It floats when crossing the strings but still touching it. The pick looks like its floating.  Scales and arpeggios are interwoven seamlessly into the lines played over the entire neck. Alternate and sweep picking are one. Speed is not an issue. It's the
