We Get Signal!
Main Screen Turn On! I don't know what happened there, but it appears that "Someone set us up the bomb".

Figure out a CH forum post? When did that become a requirement?

This thread has been found guilty of violating the "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" or AYBABTU provision of the Lake Geneva Convention. Granted, it's not as well known as the Geneva Convention, but it did have better cheese. On April 20, there was a brief interruption in the Cakewalk forums. In retrospect, it may have been a preview of the much greater disaster yet to come. When service was resumed, I (foolishly) quoted lines from the infamous AYBABTU Internet meme. I'm expecting a delegation from the UC (United Cheese) to pay me a visit in response to my post. If they follow established protocols, there will be an uncomfortable silence, followed by a harsh stare. As I'm a ranking member of the Insecurity Council, there's not much else they can do.

I also have to point out a correction to my earlier post. The correct line should be "Somebody set up us the bomb". It should all make sense now.

OK, let me get this straight--is the Lake Geneva Convention more like ComicCon or Burning Man? When is the convention how much are the tickets? Was the 4/20 event a precursor to other events or plagues which signal the coming apocalypse? When is it and how much are tickets?

The Lake Geneva Convention is more like Summer Camp than ComicCon or Burning Man. It typically features a collection of people who probably don't spend more than a few minutes per year outside in the open air with little or no appreciation for socialization, socialized medicine, or social media. It lacks ComicCon's "cool" factor and Burning Man's artistic relevance. It does, however, surpass them both in terms of quality and quantity of cheese. There's also, usually, a handful of Counselors who really have no clue whatsoever. There may or may not be the occasional tasteless and juvenile prank between attendees. Sleeping bags with peanut butter stuffed in the foot of the bag are rather common. Frogs are occasionally used as projectile weapons. Poison ivy tends to factor into several of the events. The high point of the Convention, however, is when the burgers have been thoroughly and completely charred beyond recognition and the bratwurst is a twisted, blackened fossil. That's when they bring out the cheese. Ants, bees, wasps, and cousins are the most typical plagues associated with the Lake Geneva Convention. The Portugese Inquisition showed up once, but we were kind of expecting something like that. It turned out that they only needed directions, so that wasn't really a problem. Attendence is free, but somehow, there's always an unforseen cost.

Those unforeseen costs always get you in the end!

If something is everywhere, can it really be said to be anywhere in specific? If not, is it nowhere? I'm pretty sure I've been in the middle of nowhere. It looked like somewhere that had been misplaced. There was also a large X on the ground. And some cheese.
