WeWillBe
http://soundcloud.com/aaudiomystiks/wewillbeOk time for a new track, finished today. Think The Beatles meets The Doors meets The Moody Blues. It probably doesn't quite work but it is only an experiment designed to keep my skills fresh. Enjoy! Ben

I actually enjoyed listening to that Ben. You nailed the time frame of the 60's pretty nicely.

This is interesting. Other than the vox it's very beatle'esque mixed with The Doors. I like the vox. love the dissonance! Well done!!!

This was good, but it's so much like everything else I hear on the forum? :-) Not sure I heard any blues (Moody or otherwise) More like Tonto's Expanding Head Band ;-) Very nice Ben, and different. Good performances, it would be better with a different singer, but I know you like to sing all your stuff so I understand that.

What drugs are you on Robbie? Sounds like everything else on the forum?? unless your pulling my leg! Hmm each to their own though and as always thanks for listening. As for The Moody Blues, its the poem in the middle. Don't like my voice?? It's a bit pitchy I suppose. Peace Ben

Yes, pulling your leg. And your composition and production and performance are strong, your vocal is actually not off key, it's just not your strong suit IMO.

I will confess I burst out laughing when the vocals started. I took your advice and I "Thought" Beatles, Doors, Moody Blues....... and all I can say is I think not LOL. Not even if you combined all their tracks into one... That was positively the strangest fudging thing I have heard in quite some time. You have just stepped right over Philip. Which of course means I loved every minute of it. Wild crazy ride that made my day.

Thanks Shad, you've cheered me up. I'm a bit down about my music and the nowhere path it has taken me. And yes it's fine to share. As for Philip, I've always been more out there than him. Oh and the vocal was a piss take, it's funny how these things form in the mind!! Peace Ben

Well don't be bummed about my take? I thought it was very good. I just gave a minor crit where I believed it was due. Otherwise I'd be blowing smoke like some others :-( Some people just say mean things? Some people just say nice things? Some people just say honest things? I try to say honest things, but if it could be construed as non-nice, l like to point out what's good as well. So please don't take it wrong.

Don't get down on your music Ben. Genius tends to be misunderstood, and I think there is a touch of Genius in your stuff... or insanity.. (thin line there)... but regardless.. the world needs artists like you... artists not afraid to push envelopes.

Ben, each time I listen to a new song of yours, I know it's going to be different from the last song. Your creativity knows no bounds. Thank you for not being a cookie-cutter writer. Someday, I would like to meet your muse.

It has a very "Russian" theme to it. The lead guitar break sounded a little thin, maybe a let in a little more of the low end. I like the originality. Daryl

It kinda sounds like a Russian Frank Zappa- Mothers of Invention type of song. I love the dissonance. Very cool indeed!!!
