Weird Error - Sonar beeps at me when I try to nudge...

Weird Error - Sonar beeps at me when I try to nudge...

I may have inadvertently hit a hot-key, but now when I try to nudge a clip (using 1 or 3 on the keypad), Sonar beeps at me.

Also, the other nudge keys just scroll instead of nudge.  What did I do??

    What version of Sonar are you using? Press the Num Lock key in the keypad and try nudge again. Does it do anything differently?

    I'm using the newest installment of 8.5.  I messed around with the Num Lock key; this is what happens when it's on.  When it's off, the buttons cycle through the track properties.

    Have you opened the Nudge settings and confirmed they are OK?

    Yep; nothing is changed there.  The beep happens regardless of if a clip is selected; it's just like my 1 and 3 keys are now "beep" keys.

    Just wondering because when I change my nudge settings to Follow Snap Settings and enable Absolute Time in the Snap Settings, Nudge stops working.

    have you tried rebooting?  I suspect you probably have an ALT lock or scroll lock or pause/break key on or something like that.

    And its most likely your computers error reporting beeping , not Sonar. Don't think Sonar makes any noises?? Well there is our recordings but..
