Weird Glitches Happen Sporadically. What might be a cause?

This issue is getting old.

Maybe it's somhow related to something in the current songs I,m working on but it's drivin' me crazy (er)

Suddenly, for no apparent reason, a band of EQ will suddenly change to some weird duck at full negative gain across all tracks.

I'm nowhere near editing any EQ when this happens!

Occassionally it happens to compressor input too!

Painful being forced to correct it's damage each time.
