Weird Screen Behaviour

Hi guys,

I have a couple of Samsung Syncmaster 23" Wides (P2350) running on n Nvidia 8600GT graphics card on a XP SF3 32bit system. The screens are an upgrade (the previous ones were just fine), but since I got these they have on several occasions switched themselves off for no obvious reason. Only way to get it back up is to touch the heat-sensitive on switch, and failing that, to reset the PC.
Any ideas?
