Weird issue on Bluetooth headphone

Long time no post. A couple months ago I got a new set of bluetooth stereo headphones to use with my cell phone. They work great with all the music I listen to, including my own. The brand is an ME electronics and the model is Air Fi Runaway. They also work as a corded headphone.

The problem I'm having is on the last couple of songs I've recorded I get slight distortion or crackling on the vocals only when listening through the Bluetooth. There's no such distortion when listening corded. I realize bluetooth degrades the signal slightly but I'm thinking that it's possibly a sign that I've got some issues on the high end of the vocal.
