Weird problem

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

    I don't know what happened to all of what I typed but:

    It seems either ports 5 and 6 on my mobo are not working or something else is a work.

    One of my drives on port 5 will either show up in the OS or not. Mostly not now. The BIOS sees the drive but no go in the OS. Even if I check with the bootable Data Lifegaurd cd from WD. Same deal. It will see the drive or not.

    Any thoughts?

    you using raid ? also you might wanna check your cables. One cable I bought was defective and causing issues.

    but back it up if your having issues with it.. is always the first thing if it's got important data on.

    It would appear my puter has gremlins. I decided that I would put the dvd rw on port 5 and the hds on 2, 3 and 4. I figured I don't use the dvd rw that often so if it was there or not, I could at least get stuff done. Low and behold the drive showed up from port 5. 

    Not a bad cable. Already troubleshot that one. I would like to use raid but if I keep having this issue, that won't happen.

    So I have to my own PC. So one day some application create in my computer. So after my PC not work well. So I have to start the check up of the my PC. So after to all the thing check, I have not found the problem. So after to know,not inside the  PC but problem is some wired are old to not work proper.

    Yeah, I get that quite a bit.........
