Weird problem with Z3TA+ 2.1

Hi everyone,
 
I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem. I'll load a preset in Z3TA+ 2.1 (sequnces) and the synth will play the sequence perfectly.
 
I'll record a small segment to test it and then click stop.
 
As soon as the cursor stops, the arp section of the sequence disappears. The actual sound is still there but the sequenced part won't play.
 
I then have to load another instance of Z3TA+ 2.1, load a sequence which will play. Now if I go to the first Z3TA synth it now plays perfectly.
 
Am I doing something wrong or has anybody else has this?
