Weird scrolling issue in 2016.05 early release

Hi folks,
I just noticed this strange little horizontal scrolling issue in the bus pane of the console view. I don't have all the buses visible at once so I have to scroll to see some of the buses. So, if the pane is scrolled all the way to the left (to make the master bus visible) when I click on the right-facing scroll arrow all the way to the right, nothing happens, but if the pane is somewhere in the middle and not pinned to the left, this scroll arrow works fine. It seems to only not work when the pane is scrolled fully to the left. Yes, I can grab the scroll bar or click in the scroll area and move around the bus pane fine, so no big workflow interference. This just started happening with this 2016.05 early release update. I am using the Mercury theme, but I checked in Tungsten and it's the same behavior. Is this the same for you folks too?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
I can confirm this behavior.  In my case, the left arrow does not function when the scroll bar is all the way to the right in the Bus pane.  This is tricky to try and reproduce, as it only misbehaves for me when the scrollbar is within a 1/2 inch or so from the left arrow.  I am attaching an animation.

Thanks,

If it so... possible to fix, why not to fix Synth Rack scrolling by mouse wheel?
