What Can I Do with a Microsoft Surface RT?

Hello--

My company was given a Microsoft Surface RT for a reward for purchases we made, and I have it now.

I've been messing around with it, but since it is an RT model, I can't do some job-specific things to make it valuable to me.

I have it at lunch and I would love to be able to work on music or something productive that I can transfer to my DAW later, but I don't know what there is. I've looked at stuff on the MS store, but it all seems more like Acid or other loop stuff.

Anyone have an idea for what I can use this Surface for that I could then use in my studio?

Thanks!

Stephen Davis

for a Surface RT your stuck with MS App store stuff.  a Surface 2 Pro you can load your own programs on.

you could find a midi/note/sample playback app in the MS store to play around with at lunch but generally it's not a great experience or getting anything OUT of the device back to your DAW will be a big problem.
