do those downloaded files have an ".exe" extension?

If not then you probably need to add them to ALL of those files named "part1", "part2", etc.   Downloading via Internet Explorer seems to remove those extensions...

Ok, when you get the access denied, you ned to right click the file and select Properties.  Then click the UNBLOCK button.  This is a "feature" to prevent you from executing downloaded files by accident.  By "unblocking" you are saying yes I know it is an executable I downloaded...AND I want to run it!

    Have fun!
