What are some good tape saturation/distortion plug ins besides Pro Channel Modules

I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on these and I am impressed with Saturn by Fabfilter but I want something cheaper. Any suggestions?

I like the UAD Studer Plugin, especially on drums to fatten them up.

Does that require the card? I don't have the available usb slot for that. I have been playing with my korg MDE-X plug and I am really loving it right now giving me the exact sound I need but I am open minded to hearing other stuff still.

Yes you do require a UAD card.

Another really good saturator is the PSP Mixsaturator2.

Yes it does. Waves MPX is nice too. Nomad Factory have 2 options (Magnetic and Magnetic2) not va big deal. There is other saturation plugs for free, very good by the way, Ferric TDS and Tessla SE and Pro.

    Peace.

Yeah. I coulda swore I got it for 10 or 12 bucks with the exchange rate. Also Sknote Roundtone isn't too bad either and does the tape thing. It was just updated to now include a tape delay mode. I haven't played with that yet though.
