What did I miss?

Hey guys,
2015 kinda sucked for me.  Had to put the music on the backburner for quite a while, but I'm happy to say that I just upgraded to Platinum from x3e Producer for Christmas and I plan on taking advantage of it in 2016.
 
I've been scanning the forum, but any words of wisdom before I install?  I haven't upgraded to Windows 10 yet, but I've been seriously considering it.  Any lost settings or fx problems? Other issues?
 
Is it true you get 3 AdPaks with AD2?  What new feature do you use the most?

    Stick with Windows 7 (if it aint  broke, don't fix it). IMHO
     
    No FX issues.
